Terms & Policies

Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. When an appointment is booked, that time is no longer available to other clients. Beauty FX Ink relies on timely attendance and communication to operate efficiently.

A valid credit card may be required to reserve appointments. Beauty FX Ink reserves the right to require a booking fee, retainer, deposit, or full prepayment for any service.

• ‣All booking fees, retainers, and deposits are non-refundable.
• ‣Booking fees are applied toward the scheduled service when the appointment is completed.
• ‣Booking fees may be forfeited for cancellations, reschedules, late arrivals, no-shows, policy violations, or failure to follow pre-care instructions.
• ‣Booking fees are not cash payments and have no cash value.

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty when at least 24 hours' notice is provided.

Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment start time may incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price and/or forfeiture of any booking fee paid.

Repeated cancellations or reschedules may result in a requirement for full prepayment of future appointments.

Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or abandoned within 5 hours of the appointment start time will be treated as a same-day cancellation and may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service price.

Failure to attend an appointment without notice is considered a no-show and will be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service price.

Clients arriving too late to be serviced may be considered a same-day cancellation or no-show and may be charged accordingly.

Any outstanding balance resulting from a cancellation fee, no-show fee, returned payment, chargeback, or policy violation must be paid in full before any future appointments may be scheduled.

Beauty FX Ink reserves the right to deny future bookings until all balances are paid.

All prepaid services, packages, memberships, Beauty Bank funds, Lash Reserve funds, promotional purchases, and account credits are non-refundable.

Unused funds may not be exchanged for cash.

Expiration dates, promotional restrictions, and membership terms apply where applicable.

• ‣Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule.
• ‣Service modifications may be necessary due to time constraints.
• ‣Late arrivals may still be subject to applicable cancellation or no-show fees.

Due to the nature of beauty services, all services rendered are final.

No refunds will be issued for completed services, dissatisfaction based on personal preference, change of mind, failure to follow aftercare instructions, or results affected by client health, medications, hormones, lifestyle factors, skin type, or healing response.

Corrective services, adjustments, or touch-ups may be recommended when appropriate.

Permanent Makeup (PMU) results vary from person to person.

Touch-ups are separate services unless otherwise stated.

Healed results cannot be guaranteed due to individual skin characteristics, lifestyle, medications, health conditions, sun exposure, and aftercare compliance.

Clients are responsible for following all pre-care and aftercare instructions.

Retention and longevity vary based on natural lash cycle, aftercare, skincare products, hormones, medications, lifestyle, sleeping habits, and environmental factors.

Beauty FX Ink does not guarantee a specific retention period.

Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided.

Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding medications, allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy, previous procedures, and any factors that may affect treatment.

Failure to disclose relevant information may result in refusal of service and forfeiture of applicable booking fees.

By booking an appointment, clients authorize Beauty FX Ink to charge the card on file for applicable booking fees, cancellation fees, no-show fees, outstanding balances, and agreed-upon services.

Initiating a chargeback for a valid charge may result in refusal of future services until the matter is resolved.

Clients agree to contact Beauty FX Ink directly regarding billing concerns before filing a dispute.

Beauty FX Ink reserves the right to refuse service, discontinue services, cancel appointments, decline future bookings, or terminate the client-provider relationship at any time and for any lawful reason, including but not limited to:

• ‣Repeated cancellations or no-shows
• ‣Failure to follow policies
• ‣Harassment, abusive behavior, or inappropriate conduct
• ‣Safety concerns
• ‣Failure to provide accurate information
• ‣Non-payment of fees or outstanding balances

By booking, scheduling, paying for, or receiving services from Beauty FX Ink, clients acknowledge and agree to all terms and policies listed above.

Electronic acceptance, online booking, payment of a booking fee, payment for services, text message confirmation, or attendance at an appointment constitutes acceptance of these terms.
